Our cuisine follows the dictates of the glorious Italian tradition of fish catering with passion and enthusiasm. We don’t hide we are incurable romantics. Dishes that find their strength in simplicity, freshness and tradition. A bit of a wait to get some great little classics. We then work daily to refine the traditional proposal with experiments and innovations following the rhythm of the seasons, the origin of the products and seeking only raw materials of the highest quality.
